The Rev. John MacIver Gage, Senior Minister
Born and raised in Austin, Texas, with degrees from Yale University and Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary, John has been at United Church since 2000, when he arrived as associate minister. In April of 2006, the congregation called him to be senior minister. John also serves as the national moderator of the United Church of Christ Coalition for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Concern, lectures in pastoral care at Yale Divinity School, and is a founding member of Welcoming Congregations of New Haven ...
